Project & Cross-Department Coordination
Serve as the marketing liaison to the Real Estate Management Department, coordinating marketing activities related to property transitions
Receive marketing requests, track projects, and manage timelines
Manage team projects in Asana, assign tasks, monitor progress, and facilitate weekly review meetings
Coordinate and attend Property Transition meetings, compiling spec sheets and tracking progress for:
Property webpages
Hours of Operation vinyl
Façade, monument, wayfinding, and amenity signage
Lease-up marketing
Coordinate monthly meetings with Compliance, take notes, and track priority initiatives
Digital Platform Administration
Manage and report on digital platforms, including:
Zillow & Apartments.com (weekly lead reports, analytics, invoicing)
Supplemental platforms (Avail, Craigslist, etc.)
Google & Facebook performance metrics and monthly reports
Advertising & Media
Create copy and coordinate digital and print advertising, including:
Zillow, Apartments.com, Facebook, Google ads
Print and newspaper ads
Radio spots (as applicable)
Publish ads on relevant platforms when appropriate
Vacancy & Portfolio Marketing
Review monthly vacancy reports and identify priority marketing needs
Coordinate monthly meetings with Property Management leadership
Track performance metrics and maintain marketing reports
Branding, Signage & Visual Assets
Administer the cross-portfolio signage program, ensuring properties remain on-brand and compliant
Plan and coordinate photo shoots, including vendor scheduling, shot lists, and collaboration with property staff and residents
Oversee collateral deployment across digital and print platforms
Data & Operational Support
Maintain accurate data within the All-Portfolio Tracker
Participate in the Injury and Illness Prevention Plan
Maintain regular, reliable attendance
Perform additional duties as assigned
