Marketing Coordinator – Wealth Management
Who We Are:
We’re a boutique wealth management firm in Bellevue with a simple goal: help clients grow and protect their wealth, while making the experience personal and approachable. Our team is collaborative, passionate, and driven—and we’re looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand and messaging to life.
The Role:
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for executing campaigns, managing content, and keeping everything running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where your creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills will make a real impact every day.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with marketing campaigns that engage clients and grow our brand
Create and schedule content for newsletters, social media, blogs, and website
Help plan and coordinate client events, webinars, and community programs
Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and social media
Track and report on marketing performance, helping optimize campaigns
Work closely with advisors and the marketing team to maintain consistent messaging
Who You Are:
1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in financial services, professional services, or related fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Curious, creative, and eager to contribute ideas
A Washington State resident
