Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 annually

Are you a detail-oriented marketing professional with experience in the legal, corporate, or professional services sector? Join our dynamic team in Downtown Fort Lauderdale as a Marketing Coordinator and help drive impactful marketing initiatives that support our attorneys and clients.

About the Role:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. You’ll collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to create compelling content, manage digital platforms, and coordinate events—all while maintaining brand consistency and delivering high-quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design branded materials including invitations, internal campaigns, and communications
-Draft and format client alerts, newsletters, and other marketing collateral
-Collaborate with attorneys to develop blog content and manage WordPress postings
-Maintain and update website content, attorney bios, and practice group pages
-Coordinate submissions for national rankings and award nominations
-Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, and presentations
-Support internal communications and firm-wide announcements
-Partner with the social media team to develop engaging content
-Organize marketing for webinars, client events, and conferences
-Proofread and ensure quality control across all marketing outputs


What We’re Looking For:

-Experience: 2+ years in marketing, preferably in a legal, corporate, or professional services environment
-Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills; familiarity with WordPress and design tools
-Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-service focused
