We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator/Assistant to support our marketing team in executing impactful campaigns, analyzing market trends, and coordinating promotional activities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both the analytical and creative sides of marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Gather and analyze market and competitor data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights
Prepare reports and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communication strategies
Coordinate the development of surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection tools
Support the team in organizing events, promotional materials, and campaign logistics
Monitor industry news and trends to help inform strategy
Track and forecast marketing and sales performance
Attend internal meetings to provide insights and proposals related to product promotion, pricing, and distribution
What You Bring:
Strong reading comprehension, writing, and verbal communication skills
Active listening and collaboration skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic action
Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and reporting software is a plus
A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred
