Key Responsibilities

- Perform precision fabrication, mechanical assembly, and welding of industrial components to required specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Operate fabrication and production equipment safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.
- Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and production teams to improve workflow and meet production deadlines.
- Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment according to detailed specifications.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Perform fabrication, assembly, and welding work on complex industrial components.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and production specifications.
- Operate fabrication and manufacturing equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and support efficient production workflows.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, fabrication, welding, or mechanical assembly required.
- Hands-on welding experience required, with MIG or TIG welding experience preferred.
- Strong ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and blueprints.
- Solid mechanical aptitude with a precision-focused approach to fabrication and assembly.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with production and engineering teams.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality control, and reliable production output.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and maneuver heavy materials as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with specialty equipment or industrial components used in energy, oilfield, or related industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with quality standards and inspection practices in industrial manufacturing.
- Experience working in a precision-focused fabrication or production environment.
