Resource Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities
Location: West Hazelton, PA
Available Shifts:
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Saturday overtime as needed)
3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Schedule: Must be flexible for overtime, weekends, holidays, and temporary shift changes based on business needs
Pay: $20.68 to $21.09

Job Overview:
We are hiring dependable, safety-focused Resource Technicians for both 2nd and 3rd Shift operations. This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, machine operation, or warehouse experience who thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Resource Technicians play a vital role in supporting manufacturing efficiency through machine operation, forklift use, palletizing equipment maintenance, and shipping/receiving support while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate manufacturing machines and production equipment according to company procedures
Set up, adjust, and monitor equipment to meet production and quality specifications
Inspect products for quality assurance and identify defective materials
Maintain accurate production logs and daily operational records
Rotate between production lines and equipment based on team and operational needs
Safely operate forklifts to transport materials, pallets, and finished goods throughout the facility
Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on palletizing equipment
Assist with shipping and receiving operations including loading, unloading, and inventory verification
Participate in HPS/Daily Management System activities:
Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening (CILT)
Centerlining (CL)
Defect Handling (DH)
Cross-train across multiple departments to support staffing and production demands
Follow all PPE, safety, quality, and attendance policies consistently
Qualifications:
1-2 years of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
Forklift certification required or ability to become certified
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong teamwork and adaptability in a high-performance environment
Reliable transportation and phone accessibility required
Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
Preferred Skills:
Experience with palletizing systems or production line equipment
Shipping and receiving experience
Mechanical maintenance or preventative maintenance background
Commitment to continuous improvement, safety, and quality standards
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work on feet for extended periods
Ability to wear PPE as required
Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shift changes as needed
