OA Reference: Manufacturing Technician
We are hiring "Manufacturing Technicians" for a Chemical Industry Company. The selected persons will be responsibles for supervising and operating the equipment, ensuring quality and compliance with standard operating procedures.
SCHEDULE: 1st and 2nd shift, 40 hours per week
SALARY: $12 p/h
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Operate and configure manufacturing equipment (mixers, mills, etc.) according to established procedures.
- Handle and weigh materials accurately according to batch sheets.
- Record production transactions and data in systems (SAP/ACSIS).
- Complete production documentation and ensure proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with standards.
- Conduct safety inspections, in-process tests, and verify equipment calibration.
- Handle and move materials using equipment such as pallet jacks, following operational procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of experience working in manufacturing environment.
- Able to operate manufacturing machinery following operation instructions.
- Able to read and understand instructions in Spanish and English.
- Computer skills.
