Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support daily production operations. This role is responsible for operating equipment, assembling products, performing quality checks, and ensuring manufacturing processes are followed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures
Assemble products or components to specification
Perform in-process inspections and basic quality checks
Monitor equipment performance and report issues or malfunctions
Perform routine cleaning, setup, and basic maintenance of equipment
Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Follow safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies
Support continuous improvement, 5S, and lean manufacturing initiatives
Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Meet productivity, quality, and attendance standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, or specifications
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
Preferred Qualifications
Technical certification or vocational training
Experience with automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment
Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or regulated manufacturing environments
Forklift certification a plus
