Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for precision, process improvement, and high-quality production? Join our fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Technician and play a key role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and product excellence. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering and quality teams to maintain optimal operations, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute daily production plans to meet cost, yield, quality, and safety targets.
• Perform equipment setup, routine maintenance, calibration, and minor repairs.
• Maintain high product quality and process efficiency while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot faults and support root cause analysis for production issues.
• Support new product and material introduction projects including planning and cost tracking.
• Promote and implement process improvements, 5S initiatives, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Monitor production metrics and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements
• Bachelors’ degree in electronics, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years’ experience in high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Semiconductor processing experience required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic setting.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Must be able to commit to a compressed workweek schedule.
