Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Fremont, CA. 94538
• Great Pay up to $31/Hr.

Immediate need for a Manufacturing Technician to support efficient, high-quality production processes while maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards. This role will collaborate with engineering and quality teams to drive process improvements and ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency goals are met.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs on equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Set up and operate manufacturing tools and equipment in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain high product quality standards while optimizing resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify faults and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
- Support new product and material introductions by assisting design teams, tracking costs, and monitoring project schedules.
- Implement and maintain process control systems, documentation consistency, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and lead continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, environmental impact, cost reduction, efficiency, and productivity.
- Provide feedback on process optimization and benchmark best practices across the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Quality departments, to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
-Hands-on experience in semiconductor processing.
-Experience working with Lasers
-High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in electronics, engineering, or related technical field preferred
-3–5 years of experience in high-volume, high-speed manufacturing.
-Ability to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
-Strong ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
-Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
-- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in electronics, engineering, or related technical field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in high-volume, high-speed manufacturing.
- Ability to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Strong ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
