Manufacturing Recruiter (Onsite)
Location: Hutchinson, KS
Pay: $30/hour | Contract Position | 100% Onsite
Are you a driven, full-cycle recruiter with a passion for manufacturing and a knack for finding top talent in tough markets? We’re looking for a recruiting pro who thrives in a boots-on-the-ground, relationship-driven environment.
In this onsite role based in Hutchinson, KS, you'll partner directly with hiring managers to fill critical manufacturing roles and drive strategic hiring initiatives across the business. You’ll serve as both a talent advisor and brand ambassador, bringing your industry insight and sourcing expertise to the table.
What You’ll Do:
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for manufacturing roles—from sourcing to offer stage
Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR teams
Craft and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels
Communicate proactively with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Leverage ATS and data to drive hiring efficiency and pipeline quality
What You’ll Need:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred)
Proven success sourcing for hard-to-fill roles in rural or competitive markets
Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Agency background is a plus
Strong follow-through, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to connect the dots
