What You’ll Do:
• Be a Relationship Builder – Develop deep connections with hiring managers and understand what makes their teams thrive.
• Be a Brand Ambassador – Help shape our reputation as an employer of choice, attracting top-tier talent to join our dynamic workforce.
• Be a Recruiting Strategist – Use your expertise on market trends and competitive insights to craft innovative hiring strategies.
• Be a Talent Magnet – Leverage multiple sourcing tools to attract diverse, highly skilled candidates.
• Be a Process Champion – Own the full-cycle recruitment process, guiding candidates from first contact through offer acceptance.
• Be an Effective Communicator – Keep managers and candidates informed at every step, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Be a Strategic Partner – Work closely with HR Business Partners to align recruitment efforts with overall business goals.

What You Bring to the Table:
*At least 2 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
*Proven expertise in direct sourcing and attracting top talent
*Stellar written and verbal communication skills
*Bonus points for agency experience
*Strong consulting and problem-solving abilities
*Creative, targeted sourcing strategies for niche and manufacturing roles
*Self-motivated, highly organized, and driven to see the big picture
