Summary:
The Operator I role is responsible for producing high quality medical devices within a cleanroom environment. This position requires adherence to strict quality, safety, and documentation standards while performing assembly and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assembly & Production
o Perform a combination of assembly, repair, and testing operations on medical catheters under close supervision.
o Follow standardized procedures to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
2. Quality & Compliance
o Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and compliance with FDA regulations.
o Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate to support traceability and address potential quality issues.
3. Communication
o Communicate clearly and effectively regarding ideas, problems, and potential solutions.
4. Customer Interaction
o Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with internal and external customers.
5. Safety
o Follow all onsite safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
6. Documentation
o Complete required written and electronic records accurately and promptly.
7. Following Instructions
o Read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.
o Understand and follow verbal instructions.
8. Microscopic Work
o Handle and maneuver small components and parts using a microscope as required.
9. Physical Requirements
o Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
o Perform repetitive motions such as grabbing, pinching, pulling, and twisting.

Preferred Experience
• Manual assembly of medical devices.
• Experience assembling and using tools while working under a microscope for extended periods.
• Hand soldering experience.
• Working in a cleanroom environment.
• Maintaining accurate written and electronic documentation.
