A growing manufacturing organization in Fresno, CA is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations across production, supply chain, engineering, R&D, and quality. Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily manufacturing operations across production, supply chain, engineering, R&D, and quality assurance functions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, and support operational scalability.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth goals, production demand, and long-term business planning.
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, budgets, P&L, cash flow, and cost controls to improve operational and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, SQF, CFIA, CODEX, and workplace safety standards.
- Coach, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance operations culture.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Location: Fresno, CA.
