Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily manufacturing operations across production, supply chain, engineering, R&D, and quality assurance functions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, and support operational scalability.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth goals, production demand, and long-term business planning.
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, budgets, P&L, cash flow, and cost controls to improve operational and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, SQF, CFIA, CODEX, and workplace safety standards.
- Coach, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance operations culture.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Location: Fresno, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across production, supply chain, engineering, R&D, and quality assurance.
- Manage continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, production planning, and process optimization projects.
- Oversee operational performance, KPIs, budgets, P&L, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Support ERP-driven workflow improvements using systems such as NetSuite and Redzone.

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, or a related production environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, operational strategy, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, production planning, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing ERP systems, production data, reporting tools, and performance tracking processes.
- Ability to manage budgets, financial metrics, cost controls, cash flow, and P&L responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to use data analysis and statistical tools to support operational decisions and business improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with NetSuite and Redzone ERP systems.
- Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement certification.
- Experience with FDA, USDA, SQF, CFIA, CODEX, and regulated manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of wastewater processes.
- Background in process engineering, quality assurance, quality control, and supply chain optimization.
