• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in food processing or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FDA regulations, and food safety requirements.
• Proven experience managing production teams and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data and drive performance improvements.
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and operational expenditures.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
