Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role
Strong people-management skills—you know how to motivate, mentor, and communicate
A solid understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence principles
Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced environment
A hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed
Why You’ll Love Working Here
A supportive leadership team that values your input
Real opportunities to make an impact and grow your career
