Join our team as a Laboratory Technician II and play a key role in supporting quality control and production operations. In this position, you will analyze production and raw material samples, maintain quality records, assist with equipment calibration, and help investigate quality-related issues. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with laboratory, manufacturing, quality assurance, or quality control experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience: 2+ years in Manufacturing, Laboratory, Quality Control, or Quality Assurance is a requirement
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
2 years of manufacturing, laboratory, quality control (QC), or quality assurance (QA) experience preferred
Strong computer skills and experience working with business software applications
Good verbal and written communication skills
Valid Driver’s License required
Ability to follow company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Forklift certification is a plus
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and sample preparation
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office Suite:
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience using LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) or similar laboratory software
Responsibilities
Assist with obtaining laboratory supplies and calibrating testing equipment
Analyze production and raw material samples for physical and chemical properties
Perform quality control testing and document results accurately
Investigate quality concerns, production issues, and customer complaints as assigned
Prepare and distribute samples for internal teams and external customers
Maintain quality and production records in a timely and accurate manner
Support compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable government regulations
Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Complete special projects and additional quality- or production-related tasks as assigned by management
