Job Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate for contract/temporary opportunities in Fremont, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of production, manufacturing, assembly, or operations experience who are ready to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will support daily production activities, help maintain quality standards, and work closely with leads and team members to keep operations running efficiently. This is a strong opportunity to build hands-on manufacturing experience with a supportive team, structured processes, and opportunities to develop practical production skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform hands-on manufacturing, production, assembly, or operational tasks according to established procedures.
- Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards to support consistent production output.
- Inspect materials, components, or finished products for accuracy, defects, or process issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Communicate production updates, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors or team leads.
- Support day and swing shift production needs as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $52,000 per year.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Schedule: Day and swing shift openings available.
- Location: Fremont, CA.
