This Manufacturing Associate Position Features:
Immediate need for a Detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate with 2+ years of experience producing high-quality cardiovascular medical devices in a regulated environment. Skilled in precision assembly, including electronic, mechanical, and coating processes, with the ability to operate specialized equipment, microscopes, and hand tools. Adept at performing visual inspections, measurements, and computerized testing to ensure product quality and compliance with strict standards.
Experienced working in cleanroom settings, maintaining accurate documentation for full traceability, and adhering to safety and hazardous material handling protocols. Demonstrates strong manual dexterity, basic math and reading comprehension, and the ability to follow detailed procedures with minimal supervision. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Flexible and reliable professional with the ability to work a 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM shift, supporting production goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
