Job Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to build, assemble, and test large-scale fluid systems used in industrial and manufacturing applications. This role requires strong mechanical skills, experience working with piping, tubing, and fittings, and the ability to follow detailed drawings and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble large fluid systems, subassemblies, and skids per engineering drawings
Install piping, tubing, hoses, valves, pumps, and manifolds
Perform mechanical fastening, torqueing, and alignment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, P&IDs, and BOMs
Pressure test, leak test, and inspect completed assemblies
Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and measuring devices
Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety standards
Document work performed and report issues or deviations

Required Qualifications
Manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience
Experience with fluid systems, piping, tubing, or hydraulic systems
Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift and maneuver large components

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with stainless steel tubing, orbital welding prep, or fittings
Knowledge of hydraulic or pneumatic systems
Experience in semiconductor, industrial equipment, or process systems manufacturing

Work Environment
Manufacturing shop / assembly floor
Standing, bending, lifting, and use of tools required
