Position Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Medical Assemblers to support the production of life-saving medical devices. In this role, you will assemble components, perform inspections, and ensure products meet strict quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a cleanroom or regulated production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble small medical components and devices according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Operate basic production equipment and hand tools
* Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality
* Accurately document work in production logs and digital systems
* Follow cleanroom and safety protocols at all times
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
* Identify and report any defects, deviations, or equipment issues
Qualifications
Required:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Comfortable handling small parts and completing repetitive tasks
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Preferred:
* 6–12 months of experience in medical assembly, electronics assembly, or manufacturing
* Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or other regulated manufacturing standards
* Experience working in a cleanroom environment
Physical Requirements
* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
* Manual dexterity for handling small components
* Ability to lift up to 20–25 lbs as needed
