This Manufacturing AP Specialist Position Features:

Immediate need for an AP Specialist with experience in a manufacturing environment. This position will support the Accounting department with the following duties:

-Invoice Processing and Data Entry
-3 way matching between vendor invoices, POs and BOLs to verify accuracy
-Prepare and post basic journal entries to record warehouse expenses, accruals and adjustments
-Assist with monthly AP aging reviews and reconciliation reports
-Liaise with warehouse staff, procurement and finance teams to verify documentation and resolve issues
-Preparation of reports for management review
-Other duties as needed

Requirements:
-Must have prior experience performing AP functions in a warehouse setting
Advanced experience in Excel with knowledge of Pivot tables and V-Lookups
-Experience with an ERP system (Oracle preferred but not required)
