A nonprofit legal organization is seeking a Managing Attorney to lead its Real Property Rights Protection Unit. This role is focused on helping individuals and families protect their homes and land—at no cost to the client. The goal as a Managing Attorney with this team is to support stable homeownership and generational wealth, particularly in underserved communities.
The Managing Attorney will oversee legal services related to property issues such as probate, title disputes, tax sales, quiet title actions, and disaster recovery. This Managing Attorney position includes managing a legal team, maintaining a caseload, and working with community partners across a 12-county service area to expand access to justice.
Qualified candidates for this Managing Attorney role must be licensed to practice law in Florida, have strong litigation and leadership experience, and a passion for community service.
