Job Summary
We are seeking a Manager, ERP Systems & Supply Chain for a direct hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader with experience driving ERP upgrades, SIOP implementation, cross-functional planning, and supply chain transformation in a manufacturing environment.
The Manager, ERP Systems & Supply Chain will play a high-impact role within the Supply Chain and Planning organization, partnering with senior leadership, IT, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and external integrators to improve enterprise systems, planning processes, and business performance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic ERP upgrade and integration programs, including planning, governance, risk management, scheduling, budgeting, change management, training readiness, and cutover planning.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, track milestones, monitor financial and quality metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep programs on schedule and within budget.
- Partner with executive sponsors, IT, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and external partners to align business processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, manufacturing, inventory, and finance.
- Design, deploy, and manage a standardized SIOP model to support demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, financial alignment, margin objectives, cash goals, and leadership decision-making.
- Support Engineering R&D and prototyping by placing purchase orders for new or in-development components, creating work orders, and developing lines of balance to track development schedules.
- Facilitate cross-functional reviews, communicate program health and business impacts to senior leadership, and serve as a liaison between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Engineering.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $175,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Lead ERP upgrade, ERP integration, and enterprise systems projects from planning through execution.
- Manage SIOP implementation, supply-demand alignment, and cross-functional planning processes.
- Build and manage project timelines, budgets, risk mitigation plans, governance structures, and leadership reporting.
- Support product development procurement, engineering work orders, prototype component purchasing, and lines of balance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in a product development or technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7 to 10 years of combined engineering, program management, and supply chain experience in product development and manufacturing environments.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Engineering, IT, and external partners.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost management, risk management, and change management methodologies.
- Technical proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, MS Project Online, and Power BI for project tracking, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Ability to communicate complex financial, operational, and technical information clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
- Strong quantitative aptitude, including financial calculations, variance analysis, reconciliations, statistical interpretation, and cost data analysis.
- Knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, configuration management, and business process standardization.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SIOP, sales and operations planning, master planning, or integrated business planning.
- ERP upgrade, ERP conversion, or ERP implementation experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Applied knowledge of scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, test engineering, field service, business development, and quality systems.
- Experience developing business cases, ROI analysis, trade studies, and executive-level recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while empowering teams and promoting strong collaboration.
- Experience working with customer requirements, customer-facing communication, or customer-driven program needs.
