We are seeking a Manager, ERP Integration & SIOP for a direct hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA with a highly specialized manufacturing organization supporting aerospace and defense applications. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who enjoys improving enterprise systems, strengthening planning discipline, and connecting teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Sales, and Engineering.
The Manager, ERP Integration & SIOP will lead strategic ERP improvement initiatives while building and managing a structured Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process. This position offers strong visibility with leadership, meaningful cross-functional impact, and the opportunity to improve how critical business decisions are made.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP upgrade, integration, and improvement programs from planning through implementation, including scope, governance, schedules, budgets, risks, cutover planning, and training readiness.
- Develop and manage a standardized SIOP process, including monthly cross-functional planning reviews, decision-making cadence, and follow-through on key actions.
- Improve core business processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, manufacturing, inventory, finance, and related operational workflows.
- Provide leadership with clear program updates, business case analysis, ROI assessments, risk reporting, and recommendations for action.
- Drive change management efforts to support successful adoption of new systems, improved processes, and standardized ways of working.
- Partner with Engineering and other teams to support R&D and prototype procurement activities, including purchase orders, work orders, and business line coordination.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, risks, dependencies, cutover plans, and training readiness.
- Establish and facilitate a disciplined monthly SIOP process with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build leadership reporting, business cases, ROI analysis, and actionable decision support.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, product development, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in engineering, program management, supply chain, product development, manufacturing, or a related environment.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs and business process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ERP-driven business processes across manufacturing, inventory, procurement, finance, and order management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project or Project Online, and Power BI.
- Strong financial communication, analytical, quantitative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex data, project details, and operational challenges into clear decisions and executable plans.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
- Must meet ITAR requirements and pass required background and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or another highly regulated product development environment.
- Experience supporting SIOP, S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, or integrated business planning processes.
- Experience coordinating with Engineering on R&D, prototype procurement, purchase orders, work orders, or new product development support.
- Experience improving ERP adoption, data visibility, reporting, and cross-functional accountability.
