This Maintenance Technician Position Features:

Handyman must possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to ensure client satisfaction.


Responsibilities: Conducting property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
Performing repairs, installations, and troubleshooting tasks.
Installing and repairing fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, cabinets, and other components.
Handling plumbing issues like leaks, clogs, and pipe repairs.
Conducting electrical repairs and installations, including outlet, switch, and light fixture replacements.
Maintaining various flooring, walls, and ceilings.
Painting interior and exterior surfaces with proper preparation and finishing.
Handling routine maintenance tasks such as light bulb changes, filter replacements, and equipment lubrication.
Responding promptly to service requests and prioritizing task
