Maintenance Utility Clerk
Location: Tampa, FL 33607
Pay: $19 – $20.50/hour

Join our team as a Maintenance Utility Clerk and help support top-tier service across our full-service commercial office buildings in the Tampa area. We’re looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and service-oriented to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sr. Maintenance Technician with daily maintenance tasks
Handle light repairs: painting, patching leaks, replacing ceiling tiles, carpet, window blinds, and signage
Perform basic janitorial duties and clean-up as needed
Use our online maintenance request system (training provided)
Support with roof, window, and fountain leak repairs
Monitor recurring service issues and report them to management
Help coordinate contractor access for system testing/shutdowns
Participate in storm preparation and emergency response
Maintain accurate records of completed tasks
Deliver excellent customer service to building tenants
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in janitorial or commercial property maintenance preferred
Basic understanding of building codes
Valid Driver’s License required
Must be available for rotating emergency calls (nights, weekends, holidays)
Physical Requirements
Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and being outdoors in varying weather
May be exposed to noise, dust, and moving equipment
