Traveling Maintenance Technician
Residential & Commercial | CA & Pacific Northwest
Up to $75,000/year (DOE)
Full-Time | Direct Hire | Immediate Start

This is a travel-heavy role for an experienced maintenance technician who enjoys working in different locations. You will regularly travel throughout Northern California, Southern California, and Oregon to support residential and commercial properties.
Travel is required. Overnight stays are expected depending on project location.

What You’ll Do

Perform general maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting)
Support unit turnovers and punch-list work
Service residential and commercial properties
Travel between states and job sites as assigned
Document work and communicate with leadership

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of maintenance or facilities experience
Willing and able to travel regularly
Strong multi-trade skills
Valid driver’s license & clean record
Able to work independently
