Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing
Overview:
We’re hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Nashville, TN. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure smooth production operations. If you’re a hands-on problem solver with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility systems
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment issues
Work with PLCs and HMIs to diagnose and resolve faults
Maintain accurate service logs and follow safety protocols
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
Qualifications:
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical troubleshooting
PLC experience a plus
High school diploma or technical certification preferred
