Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Newbury Park, CA with a stable, established property management organization. This role is ideal for a dependable maintenance professional, handyman, or property maintenance technician with experience supporting residential properties, preparing units for move-ins and move-outs, and handling general repair and upkeep needs.

The Maintenance Technician will play an important role in keeping residential units and common areas well maintained, safe, clean, and ready for residents. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare apartments, units, and property areas for move-ins and move-outs, including repairs, touch-ups, cleaning support, and general maintenance.
- Install, maintain, repair, and replace basic plumbing fixtures, hardware, equipment, and property components as needed.
- Perform interior and exterior painting, patching, minor carpentry, and general handyman repairs.
- Support grounds maintenance, curb appeal, and overall property cleanliness.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner while following supervisor direction.
- Maintain a safe work environment and communicate repair needs, supply needs, and property issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Newbury Park, CA.
