The Maintenance Technician handles the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the CNC and other production machinery to support equipment uptime, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting production efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Diagnoses and repairs production machinery.
· Communicates with management and machinery vendors as required.
· Maintains and follows comprehensive machine TPM schedules including Oil and fluid level, Concentration levels, Filter changes and Machine or process calibrations
· Assist with Company projects and engineering efforts.
· Partner with management, engineering, and equipment vendors to resolve technical issues and drive improvements
· Support continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and special projects
· Contribute to a culture of teamwork by mentoring peers and sharing technical knowledge
· Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards
· Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
· Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation
· Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality
· Other duties as assigned.

High School Degree or GED.
· 2+ years in a CNC manufacturing environment preferred.
· Demonstrated ability and knowledge of trouble shooting and repair of:
o CNC machines and controllers
o Electrical equipment and processes
o Mechanical equipment and processes
o Pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
o HVAC systems
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle numerous tasks simultaneously.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly, occasionally 50 lbs.
