Key Responsibilities

- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Complete building and facility maintenance tasks, including repairs and painting as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support repair and maintenance work.
- Use manual and power tools to dismantle, inspect, repair, and reassemble machinery and components.
- Support safe, efficient production operations by identifying and resolving mechanical and facility issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company procedures and safety standards.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire position.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Perform machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, dismantling, and repair.
- Complete building maintenance and facility repair projects as needed.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Use manual and power tools safely and effectively for mechanical repair work.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance technician role.
- Experience with both machinery maintenance and building maintenance required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Experience using manual tools and power tools to service, dismantle, and repair equipment.
- Ability to perform facility repair tasks, including painting as needed.
- Must be a natural citizen of the United States and able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship prior to interviewing.
- Must be able to pass a full criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening, including marijuana.
- Reliable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical systems, equipment repairs, and facility maintenance needs.
- Ability to work independently while also supporting a team-oriented maintenance environment.
