We're hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency on our Aerosol and Hair Care packaging lines. This critical role involves equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting using root cause analysis to eliminate downtime and maintain production quality.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain packaging line equipment (electro-mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems)
Perform line changeovers, setups, installations, and precision adjustments
Execute preventive maintenance and identify/correct issues during PM inspections
Analyze CMMS/MES data to troubleshoot downtime events using root cause analysis
Support manufacturing with process-related equipment problems
Fabricate/repair parts, operate forklifts, and assist engineering with installations
Train team members on basic adjustments and maintenance procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associate degree in mechanical/electrical technology preferred
Mechanical/electrical apprenticeship or military technical training strongly preferred
7+ years manufacturing maintenance experience
Advanced knowledge of PLCs, electric motors, bearings, shafts, conveyors, liquid filling equipment
Blueprint reading, advanced troubleshooting, machine shop operations, welding skills
Initiative, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities

Physical Requirements

Stand/walk for extended periods in factory environment
Regularly lift 40 lbs; occasionally lift/move 60+ lbs (OSHA compliant)
