Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician – Level II to maintain and optimize converting and corrugating equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. This role involves machine setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for strawberry packaging case erectors and related equipment.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in machine setup
Responsibilities
Ensure a safe workplace for all team members
Set up, adjust, and repair equipment for optimal performance
Troubleshoot folding and gluing issues
Plan and schedule maintenance work
Maintain inventory and manage work orders
Maximize equipment utilization (90% or better)
Comply with company policies, safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation guidelines
