Community housing located in Santa Monica is looking for a Maintenance Engineer. Salary is: $25-28.

Job Duties:
Must have hands on maintenance experience. This property has several resident buildings where you must know how to drain pipes, plumbing, HVAC, painting, drywall, electrical, etc. Managing the daily maintenance of the HOA common areas and residential units from light fixtures, electrical, roof, HVAC, water leaks, carpentry, cement etc.

Additional: Strong experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating, air conditioning and appliance repair is desired. Industry standard certifications in plumbing and electrical are required.

REQUIREMENTS:
• A high school education or equivalent is required
• Current driver's license and use of personal car
• Computer literacy in Microsoft programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Professional written and oral communication skills
• Five (5) years minimum experience in the internal operation of a residential condominium complex of 100 units or more
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced team environment
