Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Tech I for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Camarillo, CA with an established electronics and connector manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with 1 to 2 years of industrial or production equipment experience who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and keeping manufacturing operations running smoothly.

As a Maintenance Tech I, you will work closely with Production, Cell Leads, and technical team members to support reliable equipment performance, reduce downtime, and maintain a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial production machinery and related equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues involving motors, sensors, switches, relays, controls, and machine components.
- Use a multimeter and other diagnostic tools to identify and resolve electrical problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical adjustments, and equipment inspections to reduce downtime.
- Follow safety procedures, including proper Lockout/Tagout procedures, while supporting production during machine interruptions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair notes, and technical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, day shift.




Required Qualifications and Skills
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on industrial or production equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs to support production uptime.
- Diagnose issues with 24V control systems, motors, sensors, switches, relays, and related components.
- Respond quickly to machine breakdowns and communicate effectively with production teams.

- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial, manufacturing, or production equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable using a multimeter and other diagnostic tools.
- Basic understanding of 24V control systems and industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently, stay reliable, and use good judgment when escalating technical issues.
- Ability to read and write proficiently in English.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Safety-focused mindset with the ability to follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and workplace safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electronics, components, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity working with production teams, cell leads, or cross-functional maintenance support groups.
- Experience maintaining accurate maintenance logs, repair documentation, or preventive maintenance records.
