Join a growing team at a leading commercial property management company! We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with at least 3 years in commercial building maintenance (office, retail, industrial, or hospital settings).

What you’ll do:

• Maintain building systems and equipment (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, carpentry)

• Perform routine inspections and repairs in Class A office buildings

• Use online service request systems and handheld devices

• Collaborate with a great team and interact professionally with tenants

• Be available for rotating on-call shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years commercial maintenance experience

• Skilled in general maintenance & repairs across multiple trades

• Tech-savvy with good computer skills (MS Office, service apps)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Team player with reliable work history
