Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance operations for assigned residential or commercial property assets.
- Lead, support, schedule, and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians and outside vendors.
- Ensure timely completion of work orders, repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and service requests.
- Monitor building systems, property conditions, safety standards, and overall maintenance quality.
- Partner with property management to prioritize projects, communicate updates, and support resident or tenant satisfaction.
- Help manage vendor performance, maintenance schedules, supplies, documentation, and compliance with company standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Oversee property maintenance operations and ensure assigned buildings are maintained to company standards.
- Coordinate maintenance technicians, vendors, work orders, inspections, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Partner with property management to resolve maintenance priorities and support resident or tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor safety, building conditions, repair quality, and service completion timelines.
- 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in real estate, property management, residential, commercial, or facilities maintenance.
- Prior experience leading maintenance staff, coordinating vendors, or supervising day-to-day maintenance operations.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of general building maintenance, repairs, work orders, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues, prioritize urgent requests, and follow through on service commitments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work professionally with property managers, technicians, vendors, residents, and tenants.
- Dependable, organized, safety-focused, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced property management environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi-family residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
- Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, appliances, lighting, and general facility repairs.
- Experience using property management, facilities maintenance, or work order tracking systems.
- Vendor coordination, budget awareness, and inventory or supplies management experience.
