Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity in Hanford, CA within a fast-paced food and beverage production environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who can improve equipment reliability, strengthen preventive maintenance programs, reduce downtime, and support safe, efficient plant operations.
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead maintenance technicians, preventive maintenance planning, and parts room support while partnering closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and plant leadership. This opportunity offers a team-oriented manufacturing environment with supportive leadership, a strong focus on safety and quality, and the chance to make a measurable impact on uptime, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance operations, assign work orders, set priorities, and support maximum equipment uptime across food manufacturing operations.
- Supervise maintenance technicians, preventive maintenance planners, and parts room staff while coaching for safety, quality, accountability, and performance.
- Improve preventive maintenance programs using COGZ CMMS, ensuring timely completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual PM tasks.
- Lead troubleshooting and emergency breakdown response to restore production quickly and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Track and report maintenance KPIs, including PM compliance, work order completion, productivity, inventory usage, and equipment reliability.
- Support continuous improvement, 5S, equipment upgrades, installations, fabrication, major repairs, plant layout changes, audits, and planned shutdown activities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $80,000 to $95,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Lead maintenance operations across fast-paced production equipment and plant systems.
- Manage preventive maintenance execution, work order prioritization, and emergency repair response.
- Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians, planners, and parts personnel.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime, safety, equipment reliability, and operational performance.
- 3 to 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or a closely related industrial environment.
- Experience in food and beverage production or another regulated manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repair, and plant maintenance best practices.
- Experience using a CMMS system, with COGZ experience preferred.
- Ability to read, understand, and support maintenance documentation, work orders, PM schedules, and equipment reliability reports.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with Production, Quality Assurance, maintenance teams, and plant leadership.
- Commitment to safety, quality, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting audits, planned shutdowns, equipment installations, fabrication, and plant layout changes.
- Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and maintenance KPI tracking.
- Experience managing parts room processes, inventory usage, and maintenance planning support.
- Hands-on background in fast-paced food manufacturing, beverage production, packaging, or processing environments.
