Job Summary

Maintenance Supervisor opportunity available in Hanford, CA for an experienced industrial maintenance leader with a strong background in food manufacturing. Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily maintenance operations, including technician supervision, work order assignment, troubleshooting priorities, and equipment uptime initiatives.
- Develop, manage, and improve preventive maintenance programs using COGZ CMMS to support daily, weekly, monthly, and annual PM completion.
- Track maintenance KPIs, including PM compliance, work order completion, productivity, equipment logs, SOP documentation, and inventory usage.
- Support continuous improvement, 5S standards, equipment upgrades, installations, fabrications, shutdowns, repairs, and plant layout changes.
- Enforce OSHA, GMP, USDA, PMO, FSMA, and FSSC 22000 requirements while leading safety training, PPE compliance, and incident follow-up.
- Partner cross-functionally with Production, Quality Assurance, and leadership to prioritize maintenance needs, support audits, and communicate equipment status.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $80,000 to $95,000 per year.

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Lead maintenance operations across food manufacturing production environments.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules, CMMS documentation, and maintenance performance tracking.
- Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians, PM planners, and parts room staff.
- Drive equipment reliability, emergency breakdown response, safety compliance, and continuous improvement projects.

- Associate’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- 3+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably food and beverage production.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repair, work order management, and maintenance planning.
- Experience with CMMS systems, with COGZ CMMS experience strongly relevant.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, GMP, USDA, PMO, FSMA, and FSSC 22000 compliance requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams, set priorities, coach performance, and support a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supervising maintenance teams across multiple production lines or facilities.
- Food manufacturing, dairy, beverage, or USDA-regulated production environment experience.
- Background supporting audits, inspections, regulatory reviews, and food safety compliance programs.
- Experience with 5S, continuous improvement, planned shutdowns, equipment installations, and maintenance KPI reporting.
