We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Service Coordinator to support maintenance operations by coordinating service requests, scheduling repairs, and ensuring timely completion of work. This role requires strong customer service skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

$27.00 - $29.00 per hour


Responsibilities

Receive and coordinate maintenance repair calls, including dispatching, scheduling, follow-ups, quote preparation, and issue resolution.
Source vendors for maintenance and repair projects.
Assist with vendor onboarding, compliance documentation, and related administrative tasks.
Coordinate customer repair requests from initiation through successful completion.
Maintain accurate records and updates in client management systems.
Perform other duties, activities, or special projects as assigned.


Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and other systems.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, retail services, or a related field preferred.
Previous facilities maintenance or service dispatch experience preferred.
Experience working in a call center environment with multiple phone lines.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience using computerized client management systems.
