Maintenance Scheduler
Location: Greenville, OH
Type: 1 year contract (with potential to go permanent)
Pay Rate: $30/hr - 32/hr

About the Role
We’re looking for a Maintenance Scheduler to help plan and organize daily maintenance work. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to make sure all maintenance jobs are scheduled, tracked, and completed on time.
You’ll also help with contractor scheduling, vendor invoices, and materials used for maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and update the maintenance schedule in SAP.
• Check and confirm time entries from the previous day.
• Collect and file completed work orders and preventive maintenance (PM) records.
• Update and revise PM tasks in SAP when needed.
• Create and manage notifications, work orders, and purchase requests in SAP.
• Make sure all vendors are approved in PICS before creating requisitions.
• Close out completed parts and service work in SAP.
• Work with the Gatekeeper and Maintenance Supervisor each day to confirm what’s done and what’s planned for the next day.
• Reconcile credit card purchases and keep records organized.
• Help the planner by receiving and preparing materials for upcoming maintenance jobs.

Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience scheduling maintenance work or using scheduling software.
• Strong skills in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Good communication skills for working with both vendors and internal teams.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude, teamwork, and self-motivation.
