Maintenance Technician

Join our team! We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our affordable housing community by ensuring apartments, buildings, and common areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
-Qualifications:
• Experience in apartment, property, or building maintenance preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry.
• Complete apartment turnovers and prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Conduct routine property inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Track maintenance work orders, inventory, and supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors and work closely with the Property Manager to ensure timely repairs.
