Motivated professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in regulated manufacturing environments, specializing in manufacturing operations, maintenance coordination, and systems administration. Skilled in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects and tasks while ensuring compliance with GMPs, FDA/USDA, and food safety regulations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proven track record of supporting production continuity and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform functions in manufacturing operations, including technical support, coordination, supervision, and maintenance systems administration.
Plan, organize, and follow up on daily tasks and capital projects to ensure timely completion and operational continuity.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring reliability and equipment availability.
Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, 6’S, and Six Sigma.
Manage data collection, reporting, and documentation using Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, databases, and project management tools.
Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, ISO 22000, FDA, USDA, and food safety regulations.
Uphold strict health, safety, and environmental standards to safeguard employee well-being and regulatory compliance.
Provide support to production operations through effective coordination of daily activities and system management.
Qualifications & Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written).
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, databases, project management, and statistical control tools.
Knowledge of HACCP, FDA/USDA regulations, Food Safety, and ISO 22000 standards.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 6’S, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as required.
Physical capacity to walk throughout the plant and perform duties in hot areas.
