Role: Maintenance Planner
Location: Seneca SC
Pay rate: $30 - $40/hour
Duration: 6 months

An established manufacturer in Seneca SC is hiring an experienced Maintenance Planner to support maintenance and reliability operations in an industrial environment. The Maintenance Planner is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and preparing maintenance and repair work. This includes reviewing maintenance requests, determining labor, materials, and tools needed, and developing detailed job plans and work packets so that field technicians can perform repairs safely and efficiently.

In this role, you will manage unplanned work orders, prioritize maintenance activities, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and create purchase requisitions for parts, equipment, and services. You’ll use SAP or another CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track, plan, and schedule maintenance jobs. The work may involve mechanical, rotating, fixed, electrical, and instrumentation equipment, supporting plant reliability and preventive maintenance programs.

Qualified candidates should have at least five years of previous maintenance planning experience, strong knowledge of industrial maintenance processes, and experience using SAP for job planning and scheduling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes coordination and planning, ensuring that every maintenance job is safe, well-organized, and completed on time.
