This Maintenance Mechanic Position Features:
Maintenance Mechanic to support personal care packaging lines. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electro-mechanical equipment to ensure maximum production efficiency and quality.

12-Hour Shifts –
• Sunday 6:00 AM – Monday 6:00 PM
• Monday 6:00 AM – Tuesday 6:00 PM
• Tuesday 6:00 AM – Wednesday 6:00 PM
• Wednesday 6:00 AM – Thursday 6:00 PM
• Thursday 6:00 AM – Friday 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain packaging and production equipment
Perform changeovers, setups, and line adjustments
Troubleshoot downtime issues and perform root cause analysis
Complete preventative maintenance and identify improvement opportunities
Assist with equipment installations and line modifications
Repair/fabricate parts as needed
Support and train team members on basic maintenance tasks
Use CMMS/MES data to resolve mechanical and electrical issues
Operate forklifts as needed
Experience with welding and machine shop operations a plus
