Key Responsibilities

Direct and supervise all maintenance activities to ensure manufacturing equipment, support systems, physical plant, facilities, and utilities remain in optimal condition.

Lead and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Reliability, and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.

Develop and monitor performance metrics based on TPM, OEE, and reliability to ensure sustainable improvements.

Manage process automation projects and initiatives aimed at improving productivity and efficiency.

Oversee CMMS maintenance management systems to ensure effective planning, execution, and documentation of maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), USDA, OSHA, and Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) regulations.

Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

Extensive training and knowledge of GMPs, USDA, OSHA regulations, and FSMA compliance.

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Visio, and AutoCAD.

Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).

Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, RCM, predictive and preventive maintenance.

Available to work weekends, overtime, holidays, rotating shifts, and travel domestically/internationally as required.
