Are you an organized, solutions-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Maintenance Coordinator who plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll coordinate repairs, schedule roving maintenance teams, manage unit turns, and help support larger property projects from start to finish. If you love staying ahead of the curve, keeping projects on track, and delivering excellent service this role is for you!

What You’ll Do
• Coordinate and schedule all maintenance and repair work orders across the portfolio.
• Communicate with staff and managers to understand maintenance needs and ensure timely follow-through.
• Schedule, organize, and track the workflow of roving maintenance teams and painters.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure all parties are informed of updates and changes.
• Oversee unit turns supplies, timelines, labor needs, and completion accuracy.
• Conduct property walks, unit inspections, quarterly site visits, and project reviews.
• Source replacement materials for unit turns and report updates to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee tools and materials.
• Keep MSDS Sheets current and posted at all required sites.
• Maintain organized filing systems and documentation for all maintenance operations.
• Assist with third-party vendor coordination from start to finish.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring
• 3–4+ years of maintenance coordination, administrative, or property operations experience
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and sound judgment
• Strong interpersonal skills able to work with individuals at all organizational levels
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Outlook; Yardi experience is a plus
• Creative problem-solver with a flexible mindset
• Bilingual skills are a plus!
