Are you organized, dependable, and enjoy staying active during your workday? We’re looking for a Mailroom Specialist to support daily mail and package logistics in a professional office environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in reliability, attention to detail, and providing great customer service. The position begins as a temporary coverage role with the potential to become permanent after six months.
What You’ll Do
Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages to designated mail stops nearby
Operate high-volume copy, scanning, and mailing equipment
Perform basic copier maintenance and light troubleshooting
Handle shipping, receiving, and light bindery tasks as needed
Communicate with internal customers via email and Microsoft Teams
Maintain accurate logs and organized work areas
Work independently and manage daily priorities efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk between buildings (including stairs)
Strong communication and time-management skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email systems)
High school diploma or GED (verification required)
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting
