We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Specialist to support document services, mailroom operations, and office support functions. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain accuracy under deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Location: 5575 Venture Drive, Unit A, Parma, OH 44130
Pay Rate: $17.55 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Dress Code: Business Casual (no athletic apparel or leggings; closed-toe shoes required)
Parking: Free parking available

• Key Responsibilities
• Distribute and handle incoming/outgoing mail and faxes, including folding, inserting, and applying postage.
• Operate high-volume copy, bindery, and finishing equipment; perform scanning and imaging tasks.
• Ensure copiers and related equipment are maintained, stocked, and functioning properly.
• Perform light troubleshooting of office equipment; escalate issues to technicians as needed.
• Assist with shipping/receiving, supply distribution, and package handling.
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of completed jobs and supply usage.
• Occasionally support reception, hospitality, and building support services (meeting room set-up, light maintenance).
• Perform quality control checks on outgoing packages and completed jobs.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (with assistance and equipment provided such as carts and dollies).

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related experience in office services, copy/print, or mailroom preferred.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliability, punctuality, and adaptability are essential.
